1 Developer: a Developer might be a software developer, a systems administrator, report author or any other person who uses Barcode Reader SDK for .NET for development purposes. Each developer working with Barcode Reader SDK for .NET needs to be licensed.
2 Derived Work: a software program, website, webapp, API, service, library, SDK or any other solution, work or product that incorporates or uses Barcode Reader SDK for .NET.
3 Physical Location: a postal address where a Derived Work is used.
4 Server Location: a serverless function; or a virtual, cloud-based instance or physical server where a Derived Work is executed on.
5 For Internal Use Only: the Derived Work must not be sold, rented or leased to third parties.
6 For External Distribution: the Derived Work can be distributed, sold, rented or leased to third parties. This also applies for Software as a Service (SaaS) scenarios.
