1 Developer: a Developer might be a software developer, a systems administrator, report author or any other person who uses ImageDraw for ASP.NET for development purposes. Each developer working with ImageDraw for ASP.NET needs to be licensed.
2 Derived Work: a software program, website, webapp, API, service, library, SDK or any other solution, work or product that incorporates or uses ImageDraw for ASP.NET.
3 Physical Location: a postal address where a Derived Work is used.
4 Server Location: a serverless function; or a virtual, cloud-based instance or physical server where a Derived Work is executed on.
5 For Internal Use Only: the Derived Work must not be sold, rented or leased to third parties.
6 For External Distribution: the Derived Work can be distributed, sold, rented or leased to third parties. This also applies for Software as a Service (SaaS) scenarios.
